The William Bogh Memorial Scholarship was awarded in 2019 and 2020.
William "Bill" Bogh (died March 1, 2018), of the US Army 77th Infantry and 5th Air Force, was an ardent fisherman and hunter. He was a longtime member of Multnomah Anglers & Hunters, as well as the Oregon Hunters Association, Tillamook Anglers, Northwest Steelheaders, Ducks Unlimited, and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. The William Bogh Memorial Scholarship was awarded to 4 students.

The Bernie Tanory Memorial Scholarship was awarded in 2021.
Alice Bernadette "Bernie" Tanory (died January 4, 2019) was a lover of the outdoors, enjoying hunting with family and nature photography with her husband and fellow member Ted. She served as an officer of Multnomah Anglers & Hunters alongside her brother, current 1st Vice President Tony Cop. The Bernie Tanory Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Hunter Grove in 2021.
The Valerie Waterman Memorial Scholarship was awarded in 2015.
Valerie Waterman (died August 16, 2013) loved fishing and was the daughter of Multnomah Anglers & Hunters board member Irane Jones. Eric Jacobs received the Valerie Waterman Memorial Scholarship in 2015.
The Bob O'Loughlin Memorial Scholarship was awarded in 2013.
Bob O'Loughlin, Sr. (died August 17, 2012) was a great friend to Multnomah Anglers & Hunters. Founder of O'Loughlin Trade Shows, he shared his passion for outdoor adventure though his consumer trade shows featuring fishing, hunting, camping, boating, and RVing. Our partnership operating the Free Children's Trout Pond at the Pacific Northwest Sportsmen's Show, now entering its 40th year, has sparked a love of fishing among generations of children and been a major factor in our ability to sustain our scholarship programs. The Bob O'Loughlin Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Rachel Webber in 2013.
